Del Merenda, President and Director of Sales & Marketing
Del has served as i-MARK's President and Chief Marketing Officer since the company's inception.
Prior to starting i-MARK, Del was the President & CEO and a co-founder of ParaGraphics Publishing, i-MARK’s predecessor, which provided marketing and technology services to the Global 2000 industrial market.
Earlier, Del was the president and founder of The Tunxis Group, a marketing services firm that addressed the needs of world-class, high-tech engineering software companies. Del also held technical, product marketing and sales management positions while with General Electric in its information services division (GEIS), and its CALMA (CAD/CAM software) subsidiaries. Del started his career as an aeronautical engineer at Pratt and Whitney Aircraft, a division of United Technologies.
Del earned a B.S. degree in Aeronautical Engineering from Boston University.

Michael Gattinella, Director of Operations
Michael joined i-MARK in 2006. As the company's Director of Operations, he brings more than 10 years experience in the software development industry.
Prior to joining i-MARK, Michael worked at Covansys, a software development firm serving a variety of industries, where he started out in application support, moving to application development and finally becoming Technology Consultant and Project Manager before leaving in 2003 to establish and operate his own retail business for three years.
Michael is in charge of the development and implementation of all i-MARK customer projects and is responsible for the work performed by i-MARK project managers. Michael is a key member of the management team and shares responsibility for the overall direction and success of i-MARK.
Michael earned a B.A. in Management Information Systems from University of Connecticut.

Dave Harkness, Director of Systems & Architecture
Dave joined i-MARK in 1998 and is responsible for establishing the basic hardware, network, and software architecture used in all of i-MARK's solutions, and for providing the technology vision for future products. He oversees and keeps actively involved in the development of key i-MARK solution components that are built on C/C++, Visual Basic, HTML, Java and other technologies. Dave is a key member of the management team and shares responsibility for the overall direction and success of i-MARK.
Before i-MARK, Dave served as a Systems Analyst for Hamilton Standard Space Systems International, a division of United Technologies. While at Hamilton Standard, he also served in other key engineering and information technology positions.
Dave earned a B.S. degree in Management Information Systems from Teikyo-Post University.
Kathy Hebert, Professional Services Manager
Kathy joined i-MARK in 1998 and is responsible for overseeing the company's more complex application development projects for its major, enterprise-level customers. All aspects of solution delivery are under Kathy's control, including scheduling, project management, and coordination of deliverables.
Prior to joining i-MARK, Kathy held programming and project management positions at Hamilton Sundstrand, a division of United Technologies.
Kathy earned a B.A. in Mathematics at SUNY Potsdam, and an M.A. in Education from Central Connecticut State University.
