Del Merenda, President & CEO

Del has served as i-MARK's President, Chief Executive Officer, and Chairman of the Board since the company's inception.

Del was the President & CEO and a co-founder of ParaGraphics Publishing, the predecessor of i-MARK, which provided marketing and technology services to the Global 2000 industrial market.

Earlier, Del was the president and founder of The Tunxis Group, a marketing services firm that addressed the needs of world-class, high-tech engineering software companies. Del also held technical, product marketing and sales management positions while with General Electric in its information services division (GEIS), and its CALMA (CAD/CAM software) subsidiaries. Del started his career as an aeronautical engineer at Pratt and Whitney Aircraft, a division of United Technologies.

Del earned a BS in aeronautical engineering from Boston University.

Al Yanchak, Vice President of Engineering & Technology

Al Yanchak joined i-MARK in 1998 as the leader of i-MARK's development team. Al is responsible for establishing the basic architecture used in all of i-MARK's solutions, and for providing the technology vision for future products. He oversees and keeps actively involved in the development of key i-MARK solution components that are built on C/C++, Visual Basic, HTML, Java and other technologies.

Prior to joining i-MARK, Al held key engineering and computer systems positions with Hamilton Standard Space Systems International, a division of United Technologies, where he last served as the Manager of Information Systems.

Al earned a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, and an M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Joe Palazzi, Chief Financial Officer

Joe joined i-MARK in 2001. As the company's Chief Financial Officer, he brought more than 25 years experience in the domestic and international manufacturing industry to the company.

Prior to i-MARK, Joe served as President & CEO of FASCO Industries for eight years where he successfully completed four acquisitions and two divestitures. Joe strategically positioned FASCO as a global leader in its industry, and oversaw the launch of the first B2B e-commerce web site in FASCO's segment.

Before FACSO, Joe served as the Vice President of Finance and as CFO of BTR, a manufacturing and engineering company where he facilitated the acquisition and integration of several multinational businesses.

Joe also held management positions with Plessey, Pepperidge Farms, Bangor Punta, The Stanley Works, and Multer Carlson.

Joe earned a B.A. in accounting from Quinnipiac University and an MBA from the University of New Haven.

Doug Billings, V.P. Sales

Doug joined i-MARK in 2006 to lead i-MARK’s sales strategy for the small-to-medium business (SMB) manufacturing marketplace.

Doug brings 25 years experience selling advertising and marketing services to the manufacturing marketplace. Prior to joining i-MARK, Doug held sales management positions with a territory rep firm for Thomas Register and ThomasNet.com, and was instrumental in introducing the firm’s eCatalog, CAD Publishing and eCommerce offerings. His experience in the sales and delivery of comprehensive solutions includes web site development; product selection and configuration applications; search engine marketing; site analytics; lead management; order placement and management.

Doug holds a BS in Communications from Ohio University and an MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic University.

 

Kathy Hebert, Director of Professional Services

Kathy joined i-MARK in 1998. Kathy oversees all day-to-day operations of the production team and is responsible for the company's production activities and for developing and expanding i-MARK's production capacities to meet ever-growing demands. All aspects of solution delivery are under Kathy's control, including scheduling, project management, and coordination of deliverables.

Prior to joining i-MARK, Kathy held programming and project management positions at Hamilton Sundstrand, a division of United Technologies.

Kathy earned a B.A. in Mathematics at SUNY Potsdam, and an M.A. in Education from Central Connecticut State University.

Dave Harkness, Senior eBusiness Consultant

Dave joined i-MARK in 1998. Dave is responsible for interfacing with customers during the sales process, and for all pre-development discovery activities including the authoring of technical and functional specifications and statements of work.

Before i-MARK, Dave served as a Systems Analyst for Hamilton Standard Space Systems International, a division of United Technologies. While at Hamilton Standard, he also served in other key engineering and information technology positions.

Dave earned a B.S. degree in Management Information Systems from Teikyo-Post University.
